Q&A with a fan fiction writer: riko_narumi

Hey! It's been a while since I last posted here. I've been a little busy with school recently. But still I have sent out a few questions to some people and you'll be seeing them posted soon.

Anyway, getting back to the point of this post. One of the people who agreed to answer a few questions from me is the person who goes by the name riko_narumi at Livejournal. As some of you may know I also have a Livejournal account (Jumping Over Rainbows) where I post my fiction and fan fiction works. I was looking for something to read last summer and I found riko_narumi's journal (Journey.Into.Space). I read some of her works and they are pretty interesting.

Q&A with riko_narumi:

1. What do you write mostly about?

I mostly write fictions with Ikuta Toma, Narumi Riko, Yaotome Hikaru + JUMP as the characters. Usually, the stories which I make are love stories but I write about some truths about myself too. :)

2. How many years have you been writing?

I started writing when I was in grade school. However, I don't have a blog at that time yet. In high school, I continued to write stories particularly ones with mysterious themes. I continued till college and finally, wrote my fictions in LJ in 2009.

3. What are your inspiration/s when writing?

I get inspiration from songs I listen to or movies which I watched. I get themes from them and create my own twists in the stories.

4. Give tips to those who want to write as well:

Don't write for anybody. Write for yourself. If you like what you did, I'm pretty sure people would like them too. If you didn't like your work, you wouldn't post it in your blog in the first place.

5. Some words for your readers:

To my readers, I love you all. Thank you for supporting my works. As for those who haven't stumbled over my journal, I wish you trip and find yourself glued to it. I wish you all a happy read. :D
